It's twilight blaze A delight to behold the splendour of the setting sun With a horizon, so calm and charming Bewitching, as it were As if signifying a glorious future for the beholder With a deep mauve now appearing in the skyline Gradually delving in subtle hues Melting into pastel lavender Paling now and again to sombre blues Eventually dipping into a dimming grey The curtain of dusk now falling fast Yet gently drawing down the charms of evening cool breeze God speaks kind and gracious words within our beings We are re-assured constantly of the safety He vouches Of His faithful Love and caring Enfolding us so secure Twilight delight to savour forever more Let us praise our God For all He hath provided Unto us all...
